Key Definitions

Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE): a structured comparison of vendor or contractor proposals against technical specifications, used to support informed procurement decisions.

Vendor Document: technical documentation issued by an equipment or service supplier (datasheets, drawings, manuals, certificates) that must be reviewed for compliance with project requirements.
